No, $33 for the $40 card is correct. The seller is selling the $50 card for $43 right now. Perhaps the $33 was high for a $40 card but this is the first time I have ever used prepaid and I was just glad it was legit and worked.

I just bought $50 for $33, the seller is donofrio wireless mentioned earlier in thread, if you search $50 verizon refill and sort by price you will find him - doing math that equates to $26.40 for a $40 refill, so compare and buy cheapest - I prefer to buy one at a time and I am still on the old $50 plan so this works well, it use to be cheaper for the $40s. I wont stock up and buy more than 1 usually unless there is some type of ebay promo, though I probably should because who knows if they will be available in the future at a discount

If anyone wants a $30 for $23, I bought from seller before - not best discount but if you need to round up

No! Don't buy outside eBay from a eBay seller. Something fishy about this type of arrangement.

From a popular 100% feedback seller that many buyers on this thread have bought from. Keep in mind he pays 10% ebay fees plus paypal fees. So buying direct from him, I would do one at a time, offer him $28 - $30 for $50

    Greetings

How are you doing? You have recently purchased Verizon Prepaid Pin numbers from me and I hope you were satisfied with our service. Ebay does not want us to sell those Pin numbers very cheap that is why they are not letting us sell them through eBay. If you want to buy Verizon pins in the future, please email us in this number. We will give you more discount and even more if bought in Bulk. The payment can be done through PayPal, which gives buyer protection so that customers do not have to worry about anything.

Thank you for your business, looking forward to hearing from you soon

Ultimately every transaction/exchange in our society is based on trust. EBay/PP/AMZN etc mitigate risk their way. Why not "go solo" and see if you have the trust level to succeed. I would support that. Get priced out of one market, go find another.

Which seller asked about selling outside of eBay? None of the ones I've used have offered this. I did buy 2 of the $50 refills from donforlio last week for $33 each plus tax. He ended up sending me $44 and $9.95 pins each time so I ended up getting almost an extra $8 out of them. Hard to beat right now.
