    Issues redeeming metro online rebate cards.

    Finally got my Metro rebate card. Finally got thru the process to get the card, but am having issues getting the metro online payment center to accept it for my account payment. I had the same issue about 6 weeks ago and somehow got it to work. Never had issue with a regular debit card.

    Suggestions?

    The prepaid credit card? Should work almost all places that accept it I know some retails won't due to no physical card but should be working fine as long as the funds are loaded on there.

    Yeah, that's what I'd think. This is my second one. I'm just trying to pay my Metro bill which has a link. You have to have accurate info to even get to that link. Tried it 10 or so times. Just indicates "unsuccessful". I've wasted half an hour with this crap and thus far can't talk to a human.

    So I'm in my fourth day with this fiasco.

    1. Took over 60 days to receive text with link.
    2. Tried, with conflicting info to use the "pay Metro" link on the virtual card link to pay a metro bill. Each time site indicated unsuccessful,although the attempted payments were chronicled on account history.
    3. Help site open m-f. Called today. Online balance still indicates $100. Call in info says -$40 balance. Initial rep can't help. Supervisor said sees above activity, and to give it a while. (the original payment attempt occurred Friday) and for more info transfers metro who transfers me to rebated. They of course both know nothing.
    4. This far I have almost three hours in this.
