ASUS Zenfone Max M1 SanDisk SD card notification

Whenever the phone is restarted it always displays a notification of the SanDisk SD card. Notification seems to be originating from System UI. In notification settings for System UI, all the switches are in the ON position and disabled/grayed so you can't switch them off. Anyone found a fix?

is the SD card corrupt ?? did you try reformatting the SD card ??
what is the size of the SD card another possibility is that the SD card may be a fake.

Is there a way to format the card while it's in the phone?
