From LG B470 to Alcatel A4404 (called Cingular Flip 2 by AT&T)

I didn't really get a clear answer when trying to ask this on another forum.

I have an LG B470 (3G) and the $30 H2O plan.

Can I move the H2O SIM to an Alcatel A4404 (4G, sold by AT&T Prepaid as Cingular Flip 2) without needing to do anything else to the Alcatel?

I tried to answer this post & cloudflare popped up so it didn't post.

I used to move my H20 $10 pay as you go SIM from z222 flip to various AT&T smartfones, even a TF branded smartfone that ran on GSM or AT&T service. Calls & texts worked in the smartfones but data settings never updated. The z222 flip phone worked fine, it updated. The settings may be able to be manually updated if anyone out there has the current ones.

To update, I have successfully completed the transition, altho I appear to (still) have issues getting texts with attached photos taken by the phone's camera to be sent. The thread will remain open if anyone would care to offer specific help in that regard.
