    Wonderful news.

What do you mean 'finally' support it? Band 71 is very new, it isn't like when they sat out 3G or such.

FYI: the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 plus, and iPhone X included band 66. Whats new in terms of bands on the iPhone XS and iPhone XR is the addition of Band 71.
Manners cost nothing, and also have the added benefit of making a man. You know, it is entirely possible to rise above others, without stooping to pushing them under, and putting them down. As much as you tie yourself into knots attempting to reason to the contrary, NO ONE is less deserving of kindness and respect than anyone else.

I think they mean Apple is 11 months behind their competitor:

But yes, faster than 3G. So they are improving somewhat.

Yes, they’re using 100% Intel XMM 7560 Gigabit LTE Modem on these new iPhones at least on the two higher end Xs and Xs Max.

I find it weird when you go to Apple's page to compare models they mention only certain ones support CDMA:

It's more clear on their LTE page. This year, they split it up so the CDMA capable model is just for US, Canada, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands.

Then they have a model that covers most of the rest of the world.

Then a single model each for Japan, China and Hong Kong.

So five models total which is up from three from last year as you can also see by scrolling down to the iPhone 8 section.
