At navy pier or immediate vicinity area around ? no I don’t think so
Two great smartphone apps to find cell towers and map actual coverage areas
    1. Cellmapper
    2. OpenSignal
If You're With AT&T Wireless as your Cell Provider, Use the "AT&T Mark The Spot App" to report an issues with your service, like, no connection, slow speeds, no coverage, drop calls...etc

I saw it in quite a few areas downtown back in the spring. All their new nodes have it or will have it soon.

That’s because T-Mobile is the only one who has multiple transmitting antennas around the exterior of the building

I know mostly certain at least one of them are for Navy Pier
just wish the app would show pinpoint map where the issue was submitted at

I mean hell even down by Sox Park at&t kinda craps out even on light game days. They just do not seem to properly plan capacity, it's like they get ADD with wireless upgrades and are very selective on what they actually do.
    Verizon: Grandfathered UDP
T-Mobile: Magenta Amplified (airline employee plan)
    AT&T: Premium & More w/ Free 100Mbps VDSL2 "for life"

There are small cells on top of light poles by Sox park. It would only be assessable with iPhone XS and xs max and any current android phones that have LTE-LAA capability

Those same nodes also have B2 and/or B4, not just B46, so most phones should be able to access those bands even if they can't use B46.

Oh I know they have it, I’m just saying during game days I sit in the cafe right across the street with zero data connectivity very often, and I live on Wells, closer to 33rd myself.

Verizon used to be bad about dropping to B13 here in random spots as well but have mostly cleared that up with some tuning

Today I received a bunch of MTS notifications stating that “a solution should be coming soon”. Doesn’t say the location where the issue was being addressed But with social media checkin history I can kinda pinpoint the general place where I was at the time We shell see if this get improved
