still getting iPhone 7 bill credits

when i purchased my iphone 7 on release day i traded in an iPhone 6.

i got a immediate credit amount for iPhone 6 AND monthly bill credits of 21.67 that was supposed to go up a certain amount (can't remember) i think $300

anyway that was 2016...i paid off my 7 and purchased an X on release date 2017... I paid that off and just purchased an Xs Max and switched to FirstNet....I'm STILL getting the $21.67 bill credit

what is this all about? is anyone else still getting 2016 iPhone bill credits?

Sounds like a glitch. Might wanna just keep quiet and see how long it goes.

I'm sure once ATT realizes the error, they'll correct it. And correct it all the way back.

Not likely they will retroactively bill the customer for credits applied in error. Likely they will be immediately halted once they realize their mistake.

$21.67 credit should last for 30 months. It was $650 credit total for $21.67 for 30 months or $27.08 for 24 months. So you should still see the credit for couple more months.
