    tmobile.com down? 11/31/18

    Anyone else having issues logging into tmobile.com ?

    I haven't been able to get int all day. I keep getting the "F451" error.


    Service Unavailable.

    F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.

    Dunno about that,but their entire network was down in a good part of the eastern us last night.

    In South Eastern lower Michigan T-Mobile was working great.

    Michigan is kind of East.

    Website working fine for me and last night here in Clearwater FL the network was fine as well

    According to downdetector, which i checked when i couldn't figure why my metro phone wouldn't do anything. Area sort of Tennessee north. Big area.

    My phone has been working fine all day, i just can't log in to the site.

    Update: Still couldn't get in this evening, so I called customer service. Long story short, it apparently had do do with the fact i had 2-step authorization enabled on the account and the system that verifies that part was having an issue and timing out. They removed that feature, reset my password, and now all is fixed.

    I'm still having a problem getting in my account.

    I never had the 2 step authentication on my 3 prepaid lines.

    I just tried again to get in after reading your post.

    It's still saying about the primary account holder etc etc and I click skip when it requests last numbers of ssn.

    Then it shows me the three accounts and when I click on one of them it has the Sorry we're having trouble....wait a few minutes and try again etc all over again.

    I have not tried calling them about this problem but was following this thread and attempting to get in and I am having the same problems getting in that the others are having.

    I guess I will try calling them tomorrow and see if they can actually fix this nonsense.

    I don't have to refill any of them until April 2019.

    I do check the accounts via short code every week or so just to make that everything is fine with the accounts.

    Sounds like you account may be a prepay account? Mine is post-pay, but i'm not sure if those OLAM's use the same systems or not. I also only have 1 line on my account, so that may lessen the complication. I hope it gets resolved so you can log in soon!

    Yes prepaid.
    But I've never had this problem before.
    And I am trying to sign in using exactly the same site as I have always used for the past bunch of years.
