T-Mobile buys more 700 A in NC from Cavalier's spectrum

I remember when Cavalier sold most of their 700 A spectrum to T-Mobile but they couldn't agree to a price for some of the more metro areas. Since the 700 A licenses is expiring in a use it or lose it rule, looks like Cavalier must have had a fire sale.

Agree. With AT&T buying then selling it's new 600 Mhz to speculators and getting the First Net 20 x 20 Mhz of 700 MHz Band 14 of spectrum. T-Mobile was about the only buyer left with 5 to 7 new FCC auctions coming. Verizon had already given up on 700A when they sold all of it to T-Mobile.
