From what I understand, AT&T does not want to give any of their MVNOs WiFi calling, but for postpaid users. I am not sure about Cricket tho. AT&T owns them, and they might get it. Since I am not an AT&T user, I am just remembering what other people has told other people.

Consumer Cellular has it (iPhone, at least; we don't have Android), but they're not exactly an MVNO/prepaid carrier (depending on how you're defining this).

As others have said, Cricket has it on select devices and iPhones (6 and newer). Why they have it and not AT&T Prepaid is beyond me, but I'm not complaining.

It does appear that Consumer Cellular does have it for Android and Iphone. From their FAQ.

Wi-Fi calling is supported on most newer Android smartphones, and is available on iPhone models 5c and newer which use iOS 11.2 or higher operating systems.
