Need recommendation for Verizon network 4G LTE / VoLTE phone

With Verizon's change to 4G LTE VoLTE phones by the end of 2019 I'm needing a new phone. I currently have a Moto G first generation (3G). Really all I needed since I really don't use data and when I do it's on WiFi occasionally. Anyway, I really like the phone especially since it has a 4.5" screen. Not really wanting to get a bigger screen most of the newer models of any brand have. So any recommendation of a phone that will meet the new Verizon requirement and has a small foot print. Also at least OS 5.1 or better, and under $100. Also, I'm on PagePlus and would like to stay there since they have the best rates for minimal users like me.

The LG Rebel 4 (for Verizon) is currently on sale at Straight Talk web site for $39.99 and at Tracfone web site for $49.99. If you use those companies that give cash back, TopCashBack is giving 42% back, and Ebates is giving "Up to 62% back" (kind of ambiguous) for purchases made at Straight Talk and Tracfone web sites. Those phones can be re-branded by a rep to use with PagePlus. The Rebel 4 has a 5" screen and Android 8.x.
