Who Has The Best Unlimited Data Hotspot Plans Currently?

As posted above, who currently has the best unlimited hotspot plans? I already have a $20 per month AT&T Connect Car Plan and I know about the $30 per month AT&T tablet plan, so I am looking at others beyond those two.

I have the grandfathered unlimited connected car plan as well...chip in a mifi device after the mobley bit the dust a year or two ago.
For international, an unlimited cloud sim device would be SkyRoam. Have the 3g mifi device but there is a more recent LTE device. Fine print is they can throttle after 500 mb in 24 hours. Base rate is a day pass for $8 a day for 3g or $9 a day for LTE. Extensive coverage including North America and Caribbean (plus Europe, Asia, etc.)...can keep dormant when not traveling and can be used in multiple countries in one day..once used it in Bermuda, Canada and the US in one day. They also have black Friday specials and referral deals so it can be cheaper. Refurbished devices are also occasionally available.

I was very interested in this plan until I saw that they only allow one device to be connected. Which means it can't be used as a true hotspot plan, unless I'm missing something? Is there a way around this restriction?

I keep my sim in an AT&T ZTE prepaid hotspot device. Ive had up to 5 devices connected to mine with no issues.

A repeater bridge might take care of it. It is easy to do with DD-WRT on a cheap wifi router.
