    Google voice questions

Wanting to know more about Google Voice.. I'm gonna set it up for my uncle and he will have to get a new number anyways but will Google voice work good on 128kbps reduced speed? Also if I use call forwarding will it not use data and just use cellphone calling minutes? I'm gonna set him up probably with unreal mobile and all but what are your thoughts and suggestions?

Is that 128k cellular or a home connection? Cellular you might have to worry about latency more than anything especially if it’s satellite or edge.

Call forward works as a normal phone call so it doesn’t use data

That would be 128 kbps reduced mobile data speed after high speed is used up...

Would also depend on the carrier, signal, etc. On a direct connection 128k is plenty. But over 3G would be iffy due to latency. Over LTE it would be more doable. But still would rely on how latency would be

LTE would help. But would have to be tested your self to see how it goes. What may work for you in your area may not work for me in my area even with the same device as an example.
