Changing 5 line 5mb plan to 5 llne unlimited ?

I want to change my 5 line 5 mb /$100 plan to the 5 line /unlimited $125 plan . How do I do it online at my account or is it easier to do it by phone or online chat ?

Edit - Is it better the switch on the last day of my billing period or the the first day of the next billing period ?

    -Thanks

To the OP, you realize you'll be losing the 8mbps and gaining the 3mbps speed. Think twice if you need the speed.

I can get by with the lower speed.

Is it better the switch on the last day of my billing period or the first day of the next billing period ?

Lower speed isn't that big of a deal. We switched last year. I've found the Twitter support most competent and responsive. I think I ended up doing it at the beginning of a cycle, but scheduled to take effect on the next one. Otherwise, you can end up with a bunch or pro-rating and odd calculations that cost you more because of discount changes.
