Do any US prepaid SIMs (other than Truphone) have international roaming?

With the practical death of the FreedomPop Global SIM and the exception of Truphone (more an international SIM marketed toward travelers), I don't know of any US prepaid SIMs that allow roaming abroad. Anyone know of others that can be added to this list?

    EDIT: The list so far

Truphone (AT&T in the US) - international pay-as-you-go SIM
Piranha (AT&T in the US) - international pay-as-you-go with the option of paying $.50/month for a US number
Google Fi (T-Mobile and Sprint) - monthly prepaid, international data at $10/GB
Wing Alpha (Sprint) - monthly prepaid, international data at $13/GB
Ultra Mobile (T-Mobile) - monthly prepaid
Mint Mobile (T-Mobile) - monthly prepaid
Ting (Sprint or T-Mobile) - Data starting at $.20/MB but goes much higher, free incoming SMS

    Calls/texts but no data:
LycaMobile (T-Mobile) - pay-as-you-go and monthly, free incoming SMS

    Not quite international:
Simple Mobile (Central and South America only)

In addition to Simple Mobile that I mentioned above, other US MVNOs that I can think of at the moment with international roaming capabilities for extra cost include:
    Lycamobile - https://www.lycamobile.us
    Wing - https://www.wingalpha.com

    Non-US MVNO, similar to Truphone:
    Piranha Mobile - https://piranha-mobile.com

US Mobile will offer it in the future. But I don't know what countries.
My smartphone is a lot smarter than I am.

What does this mean in the Simple Mobile FAQs?

†† International roaming is available in Mexico only. These/this plans/s allow/s calls to Mexico, the US, and other international destinations while roaming in Mexico subject to certain limitations. Data used while roaming in Mexico will count toward your high speed data usage in the US. Other limitations, terms and conditions apply. [emphasis mine]

That contradicts what is on the page from the link you share.

Thanks, Boz. I didn't know Lyca allowed international roaming for voice and text. Too bad they don't include data. Wing I didn't know about at all, and offering $13/GB international data is not bad at all given such a big list of supported countries. Too bad they use Sprint in the US, though maybe they'll offer SIM cards if the T-Mobile merger goes through.

Mint and Ultra. Need to add extra funds, though.

T-Mobile pre and post-paid, too. Lots of variations there.

Well, I'm learning things! I didn't know Ting offered extra cost international roaming.

Regarding Fi, I had forgotten about that. To further clarify, Fi's international data roaming is included at no extra charge, but voice calls cost extra.

    Nice!

I haven't researched the other T-Mo prepaid plans that include voice, but I do know the T-Mo Prepaid 2GB/mo LTE tablet data plan does include roaming in Canada and Mexico.

    Thanks for mentioning these.

Regarding T-Mobile prepaid, maybe someone can confirm this: with the T-Mobile One Prepaid or Simply Prepaid (with additional $5/month fee) you get "at home" roaming in Canada and Mexico, including the ability to use your data. However, in the rest of the world you get no data and call rates starting $1.49/minute. Such a bad roaming offer that I can only assume this is an attempt to get people to switch to their post-paid plans which have much better international roaming.

T-Mobile's basic pay-as-you-go service ($3/month) has no international roaming - not even Mexico or Canada.

Everything I have read seys that the TMobile international is only for Postpaid ,
I wish it was not as TMO prepaid is what I have ,

Google Fi seems to be the best but it is also Postpaid , but you can put your account on hold.

What countries do you need it for ?

When I searched earlier today I found a lot of conflicting info about T-Mobile's prepaid international roaming. Even their own page on the topic isn't particularly clear, but if you read the details it does suggest you have international roaming (but no data).

    https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/pr...tional-roaming

I don't need this personally - it's more for helping others who are looking to switch to a cheaper plan in the US, but may need/want service when abroad without having to SIM swap.

Just thought I would add a little something to this conversation. I have Tmobile legacy prepaid and have had it for years. At first there was no roaming, over five years ago they started to allow roaming. It was quite expensive to use so I think I used it once in Germany in desperation as I had a flight canceled. I recently noticed that the price has dropped quite a bit to Morocco as it seems to be just .25 for a call which I would consider pretty reasonable. I attached an old notice and the most recent text they sent me about rates. Am looking forward to hearing if other countries have seen a similar price drop. Name: Screenshot_20190525-135519.png
