    Unlimited Music?

I'm looking in to the $40 plan and I see it has a lot of apps for their "unlimited music". I see apps from SiriusXM and TuneIn Premium. Does anyone know if those come with the plan, or do you have to get a SiriusXM subscription separate?

I just stopped by a Metro dealer and asked about eh "music Unlimited" thing on the $40 plan. The rep told me there is no such thing, if you stream music, it would be applied to the monthly data and to not pay attention to what the website says. Hmmmmmmm

I just pulled this from the website: "Music Unlimited: Licensed music streaming from included services does not count towards high speed data allotment on Metro by T-Mobile network."

    So, who would YOU believe?

The website. The data used to stream music from the sites listed on the website doesn't count against your 10 GB high speed data cap. That doesn't mean that you don't have to pay for subscription services like SiriusXM and TuneIn Premium. It just means that if you subscribe to those services and pay whatever they charge, you won't also have to pay for the data they use.

Thanks. I kind of thought the "premium" plans were in and of themselves (pay wise) anyway. Getting info from that rep was useless. I'll have to go to another store and talk to them.

I had Music Unlimited on Metro and it worked as advertised, although they don't break out your "free" music data easily. Go to a corporate store and they should know. I used AccuRadio and JazzRadio.com all the time - it was the main reason I had the service.
