    MVNO with Chinese language support?

I am looking for a prepaid carrier that has Chinese language support (for relatives). The only MVNO that I know for certain that has Chinese support is Red Pocket. The only thing is that Red Pocket international calling to China has bad quality, so I am trying to avoid if possible.

I am on Ultra mobile and they have Chinese version of their website but I am unsure if they actually have representatives that can speak or chat in Chinese?

Anyone know or know any other MVNOs that do Chinese?

RP has multiple networks available. I don't know how RP international calling works, so this may or may not be a relevant suggestion, but have you tried a different network to see if call quality to China is better than the current network?

Since you're already an Ultra customer, can't you ask Ultra that question?

Red pocket also doesn't have direct dial, at least on annual plans. I never want to contact customer service for anything.

They are on Ctexcel right now and are having issues. CUniq looks very interesting $25 for 5GB.
