    Verizon renewal billing question

I have two lines family plan, each on Verizon $50 plan. So the renewal will be $75 if I use autopay. The total amount with credit card is $82.50 due to addition of taxes.

I have bought refill cards on eBay and added $100 ( two cards around $38 each).

What will happen at the time of renewal? Will Verizon charge $ 75 or $82.50 or $100 from my balance? I am assuming it will not charge credit card since I have a balance.

Just curious I guess I could just wait and watch and see what happens too.

    Thanks

I have the same family plan you do. You will be charged $75 if your account has the balance to cover it.

PS. It would be more cost effective for you to buy 3 $40 refill cards rather than 2 $50 refill cards. Given the current discount rates it doesn't make sense to buy $50 refill cards.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll try that next time
