    Tracfone New Account (de)Activation Issue?

    On April 23, I activated a new Tracfone SIM Kit from Amazon with the Verizon SIM in my Moto g6(factory unlocked from Google Fi).

    Was assigned a new phone# and was able to send and receive at least 1 phone call each. Lte data also worked. Registered the account at Tracfone website which reflects my new phone#, and the month's service dates.

    Did not use phone for 2 or 3 days. Now when I try to use the phone I get the ususal(I guess) error message of "call cannot be completed, restart phone,....call Verizon...yadda, yadda... No data either.

    Of course Verizon's system is not recognizing or at least accepting the number in their automated system.

    Guess I'll call Tracfone tomorrow.

    Any other advice? Thanks.

    Have you checked the balances to see if they didn't get wiped out somehow?

    Nothing "ever" showed on the balances from the start.

    Used a $15 TracFone card from Amazon vendor. Says it can be used for activation or refill. 500/200/500 30 day plan. Totally new service. Never used Tracfone before. "Activated" on Tracfone site with scratch off PIN from card.

    Tried the site. All I get is a spinning wheel, then error message, call 800.... Guess it must have never been "really” activated. Weird though, the 2 test calls I made are definitely showing on both phone's call logs.
