Like others you have to contact support to make changes.
I wonder how to set up Frequent international numbers for the first time for an account activated with a sim kit for a BYOD, especially if one has used more than one non-TF device on it. I may try the IMEI of the current smartphone used.

For Verizon side it likely uses IMEI registered.

For AT&T/TMO last 15 of SIM which TF uses instead of IMEI for BYOP in other places.

Doe AT&T/TMO last 15 of SIM which TF uses instead of IMEI for BYOP in other places.
Thanks. I tried to set it up for a number currently with a BYOP at&t SIM but for some reason it didn't work, then I remembered that the number was originally ported from a TF VZW-based L49C. The phone is broken so I couldn't get the IMEI, all I had was the 18-digit MEID from behind the battery. That didn't work either at the beginning, but strangely, few hours later it accepted the MEID and let me in. I entered the MEID correctly every time as I just copied and pasted it. Very weird.

I may try later with another number that was originally activated as a BYOP with a at&t SIM and see if in that case it does take the last 15 of the SIM.
