Jim Kirk informed me to have you give the universal translator a shot. But use a fresh set of batteries. They don't last long.

    Corrected.

I keep hitting n instead of space on my phone. And fat fingers get characters next to each other.

    My communicator just beeped.

Okay, I couldn't resist after seeing the scene from Star Trek.

    Peace, live long and prosper

Glad to know. I'm gonna have to jump on the $39 offer.

The "I Am Not Sure" and Verizon options are out of stock, so you have to choose AT&T or T Mobile and swap SIMs.

What's the difference between the two auctions?

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/283448464240
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/283493024108

One has a carrier drop down and the other doesn't. The carrier one says "SIM ACTIVATION REQUIRED" and the other doesn't. They both have images that say "Note: Service Plan PIN can only activate with product purchased or it will become void".

    What a mix up lol

The one without a dropdown is the same as "I Am Not Sure". You can basically ignore the fine print.

Tracfone is probably not maintaining their listings properly. I don't see how they can run out. They tend to do things on a whim. They're not very good at writing clearly and accurately.

Dang! Just got one last week. Did manage to use a $5 off eBay coupon. Don't need anymore.

Maybe someone can help me. I am looking to purchase one of these plans for a weekend phone. I need att. I have an att iPhone 6s I’m gonna use with it.

    1. Which auction should I use?

    2. How long after purchase do I need to activate?

    Thanks for your help.

You did not say if you already have a SIM.
If you chose AT&T they will send one tri-cut SIM with the airtime preloaded on that sim. You punch out the correct size of the three.
If you chose "I do not know" or the ad does not allow you`re choosing, then you receive an airtime card and the following kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Tracfone-Ke...MAAOSwVBVb02o4

At different points back in this thread, people reported being told they had 1 year to activate, but others reported being told 60 days. There didn't seem to be clear answer from Tracfone.

I'm wondering, has anyone used one of the top-off cards more than 60 days after receiving it?

I'd love to know that too. Since to my knowledge there is nothing on the listing or in the package that says must activate in 60 days don't know how they can enforce.
