New phone & going prepaid —> monthly plan

We currently have iPhone 5s on prepaid plan with koodo. We’re looking at buying new phones and moving to a monthly plan still with Koodo. We will likely order online to save the $35 fee of doing it in store. How do we switch our existing phone number to our new phones since we can’t just move our prepaid SIM to our new phones?

Your new phones will come with new SIMs and new phone numbers. You will be able to port your prepaid numbers to your new post paid lines using Self Serve.

Thank you - just clarifying, you’re referring to ‘self-serve’ on the Koodo website?
