No Cellular Data even when phone shows 4 bars.

Hey all

Not sure if anyone can help, but I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 12.2 and I have noticed lately that even when my phone shows 4 bars in the upper right-hand corner that I have no cellular data. Right now I am looking at an error message that says "Could not activate cellular date network. Turn on cellular date or use Wi-Fi to access data." I am on the $29.95 plan with PagePlus and have never come close to 3GB of data they give you with the plan. Just wondering if this is a problem with PagePlus, Verizon, or both of them. Also wondering if there is anything I can do on my end to fix this issue. I sometimes am places where there is no Wi-Fi or do not want to use Wi-Fi. Also, I like to use my phone for GPS when I am on vacation and would like to fix the issue before my next trip in August.

Try downloading the Apn for page plus or follow the instructions on there website.
