    Target Redcard Discount on Refills

has anyone got the 5% Redcard discount on phone refill cards ?

i looked at the Redcard webpage and it has a list of things that do not
qualify for the discount and "prepaid" cards is one of them.

judging by the context it looks like that means prepaid credit cards and
gift cards but i'd like to be sure.

Yes... Every month, Target sales plus Red Card are always better than CallingMart deals... Just bought two $45 cards yesterday, with their Buy One Get One 10% sale plus 5% Red Card savings was about $81 total. Always but online for email delivery, there is no tax, if you buy in-store there is tax (at least here there is).

Reminded me I need to pay my phone bill within the next week.
iPhone 11 is my current primary phone. But I have more phones than lines. Back to only Prepaid with the changes in the economy.

I always do it online... I've never called them to load a balance. Pretty sure you can do it right from your phone too.

Speaking of which, they are Buy One, Get one 10% off this week. Not their best deal, but if you need to get some now, you can save a little.

That was so far their worst deal I have done Buy One Get one 20% as well as 30% off. I need new refill coupons in September, waiting until then plus I did get a Red CC just for that purpose and will see how that works out.

Yeah. I got a couple of $100 cards when it was BOGO 30% off, but I have a payment coming due next week, so I went ahead and got this one. Still better than just 5% off from the RC.

This week's deal is a little better than last week's if you buy $50. refills. Two $50. for $85.50 total after Red Card discount. Not as good as the BOGO 30%.

Yes the best deal is the $50 cards at 10%. Higher cards gets $5 off which brings the percentage less than 10%.
I just bought 3 $50 cards for $128.25. Better than calling mart.

Did the same deal just the $50 is off 10% plus the 5% for the red card. Not too shabby just have to futz around with the refill amount for a $40 monthly renewal and wait until the $30 has some decent discount.

Not really on this thread but I was at the Target site today and they had $5 off every at&t card $50 or higher. Picked up two $50 for $90.

For folks who buy these Target refill cards, on the redemption site, there is a graphic that shows the ATT refill card expires in 30 days, from $10 - $100.

Also on Target's description for the $10 card, it says "active time frame 30 days, expiration 30 days". Does this imply only 30 days to redeem, or 30 days expiration after it's applied to the account?

I haven't heard of anyone complaining of losing out on ATT prepaid cards by not redeeming them within a certain time frame, but wanted to get clarification on this.

That's expiration after applied to account... Sort of, the longest expiration always applies, so if you loaded a $100 card on 6-1-19, then load a $10 card a month later the whole balance is good until 5-31-20. Make sense?

I am not sure how long applied cards are good, I want to say 1 year.
