    Is $50 plan $10 autopay discount gone?

    When I just logged into my account I still have auto pay switched on but the $10 discount appears to be gone. When I looked under the plans the $50 plan does not show the $10 discount anymore with auto pay. Is anybody else seeing this or not seeing the $10 auto pay discount anymore

    I would call into AT&T Prepaid Support at 1-800-901-9878 to see what is going on. I checked my AT&T online account and the $10.00 auto-pay discount is their for the $50.00 plan.

    If you are logged in and then go to plans, it does not even mention the autopay discount being available for the $50 plan anymore. It does for the other plans though.

    The auto pay discount is still avaible and currently offered. Here is the link. https://www.att.com/prepaid/plans.html If you have auto-pay enabled you need to call into AT&T Prepaid support to have them investigate and fix the issue in regards to you not receiving the discount.

    I agree that link does show the discount being offered and thank you for your help but when I login to my account and select plans under there it does not show it as being available. Since today is the first of the month I wonder if they changed something and just didn’t update the website yet.

    I doubt AT&T Prepaid has pulled the auto-pay discount and in addition AT&T's prepaid OLAM is very buggy. I would recommend you call into their support to have them look into and correct your issue.

    Looks like your renewal date is tomorrow. This is just how att prepaid billing works - at least for my account. Check your history to see if the prepaid discount was added to your account balance. The full amount then gets deducted when billed. After you are billed it will show the discount again. Hopefully that makes sense.

    Yes your Auto pay discount did disappear. Whats happens is that when you top up I believe $500+could be $400+, Auto Pay stays on but the discount disappears as it may be a glitch or some AT&T rule as I saw on Reddit others complained about this same issue and some rep told them there is a limit on the maximum your account balance can be before the Auto Pay discount disappears.

    I refilled 2 separate accounts with $200 Max starting from $0.00 which supposedly is under the limit and my discount is still there. I would contact AT&T to be sure though.

    So, I tried again:

    they rattled a fast message I did not get in full, but was about "discount for autopay".

    So, looks like everything is OK

    From my experience the autopay discount disappears 1-2 days before renewal, but it gets added onto the balance. For example, my two lines with autopay come to $70 and I have a $75 balance, and that's what will show on the OLAM. At renewal time the OLAM will show I owe $90 but also show my balance is $95 instead of $75. Weird, but it all comes out in the wash. Welcome to AT&T Prepaid's OLAM.

    Looks like you were charged sales tax and maybe the e911 fee, which looks like they ran the charge on.your CC; did you have enough in your PIN balance to cover your charges?

    I was with ATT from 6 Jun 2018 to end of April 2019:

    I left to go to Wing Alfa for a month & came back to ATT as a new customer.

    I was expected to pay the same as 2 months ago: $40.50


    They always debited my CC & I never had a problem.

    The $40.50 vs $42.62 may be that the e911 fee & added tax is new in VA ?


    Other thing:

    to outsmart the robot calls, I chose a number 2700 miles from where I live: and it works.

    1st, I get very few robot calls now, and

    2nd when I see my area code, I know that call is legit.


    Did they charge me the fee for this other State ?

    if yes, the $2.12 extra a month is worth it.
