I'm thinking they will soon be doing away with individual cards. They did do away with the $20 card like I had figured. And unless my math is wrong, it is now actually cheaper to buy multiple $15 cards instead of buying the $25-$50 cards.

And I see that they went back to $7 for an extra 1/2 gb instead $8 for an extra 1 gb.

Hope not and I doubt it.
The 60/90 day options are still of use to a large customer base. The ones that don't need or want unlimited talk or text and certainly don't need 1GB/mo.

I think it's just to keep/gain customers that want/need that model.

I figured they would eventually have an auto-refill option. Makes it into a real monthly plan that could attract a lot of new customers. Having to buy an Unlimited plan manually every month would not appeal to many.

As an example, why would someone buy a $35 card with 60 days 750/1000/1 gb when they can pay $30 for two $15 cards and get 60 days 1000/1000/1 gb? That extra $5 can get 2000 texts (with promo code).

And the $45 card, 90 days 750/1000/1.5 gb, three $15 cards gets 90 days 1500/1500/1.5 gb. And promo codes for the $15 cards adds even more talk minutes (100 mins. per card).

Do the service days get added together when putting together cards purchased at the same time?

Yes. When you redeem a card with service days, the service end date is extended by that number of days, no matter when you redeem the card or how many cards you're redeeming.

Not clear on the unlimited cards. Someone on the old users group only got 30 days from the date added.

First you said all the other cards.

Like the 1 year options. 12 * $15 is $180 and that's a kit if you 1500/1500/1.5 is enough (or ever 1200 if you have TMFL).

Or if 500/1000/500 for $25 is enough why pay $5 extra for stuff you don't need?

Actually I said the $25 to $50 cards. But, the $50 card can go either way depending on exactly what one needs.

I don't believe I ever mentioned the year card. $50 off with promo is a good deal.

So, you're getting an extra 30 days and 500 texts for $10? Don't see the deal there.

Better to have too much than not enough. Ran into that a few months ago. Cousin was at some place with a live video feed. We were texting back and forth as I was recording her. I ran out of texts cause just before then, someone sent out a mass text about him changing his phone number. All of a sudden, I'm getting texts from people I don't even know. So I lost a crapload of texts..Took a while to replenish. Lost the moment.

I've searched but cannot find the answer to this.
Has anyone tried adding one of these unlimited talk/text service cards to a flip phone?

    Thanks.

I don't have first-hand experience, but logically if the flip-phone is the recent type that uses the 3-bucket talk/text/data system then it should work.

If you tried to add it to a single bucket feature (dumb) phone, my guess is that you would get a message saying it was not valid for the phone.

Sent from my moto e5 play using HoFo mobile app
