Now that Telus launched a Canada-US peace of mind plan at $95/10G (versus my current at $110/7G ) of course I have to switch. Before you ask, yes I do need that kind of plan. And if Freedom offered it back in January, I would have stayed with them.

Except I can't. Not by myself online anyway.

Site just hanged after choosing the plan on the site where I'm supposed to manage my plan.

Anyone else run into this problem trying to change your own plans online?

Guess I could have chalk this one up as another trainwreck...

ps. What do I do if none of the prefix apply yet I HAVE to choose one?
