    T2000 Home Office device firmware

I have a T2000 which will not OTA update to the latest firmware v1.5.4.001, despite multiple soft- and hard-resets. This is undoubtedly due to my using a MVNO sim with it. If I hook it up to a pc via usb, a screen comes up to update, but is looking for a file to load. I cannot find the file anywhere.

    Any suggestions?

Try this internet site: https://www.verizonwireless.com/supp...-t2000-update/. I am assuming this is the device in question. Hope this helps.

Yes, that is the device in question. I have looked everywhere on verizon's site, and can't locate the software file. There is one reference about downloading the file, but no actual file. The only other reference is to the over-the-air update, which, as I said never happened.
