    Old Koodo website

Any way to navigate and use the old Koodo website rather than the newest on? Seems only the "My Profile" uses the old Koodo.

Doesn’t seem to be. Going to Mobile Number on the old site allowed the change to an out of province phone number. No longer!

This change effectively closes the QC loophole. Unless you get a QC phone number when signing up, you can no longer get a QC plan.

I have been able to browse most of the old Koodo Self Serve and prevent it from redirecting to the new one. I recently got the $65 15 GB QC plan with a non-QC number. If anyone wants to share their TELUS login, I will try and see if anything can be done with TELUS My Account to get the cheaper MB/SK/QC unlimited data plans.

How recently did you do that? The change seems to have been made on or around August 1. Previous to that, I was also able to navigate into the Mobile Number portion of the old site. Now I can’t. No matter what I do, it throws me into the new one. Only some profile management functions still use the old site.

Is there a certain browser or method you used to get into the phone portion of the old site?

As a follow up, tried 3 different mobile browsers and 3 different desktop browsers. Could NOT get into the old site other than for some profile and role management. For phone number management, the new site ALWAYS loads.

Anyone who got a QC plan recently likely did so before August 1 or somehow managed to have the old site preloaded from a previous session. For all the rest of us, the ride is over unless proven otherwise.

Could you please share with us how you browse the old website interface?

I am also still able to access the old number change website through Koodo's Self Serve by following the "Track your repair" link, then clicking "Change Number"

Thank you! This works. Looks like it’s still alive.

Use security settings in your browser to prevent things like redirects
    Koodo $40 Canada Wide + 8GB + 1000 Intl LD
    Public $120 Province Wide + 12GB - $6 Autopay - $12 Loyalty - $45 Refer = $19 per Month
    Freedom $35 ($37-BTS) North America Wide + 8GB + 1GB Roaming

I’ve checked multiple browsers and see nothing about redirects. Can you be more specific? What browser and what settings?

If the regular number change link to old Self Serve works, keep using it. You don't need anything more than that right now.

But we already know that this DOES NOT work any more. @qag01 posted a working solution earlier in the thread.

What thread? Link? If you have a solution, kindly post it instead of speaking in cryptic generalities. We have one solution already. Another one never hurts.

Many thanks. You are very helpful compared to "other" people here who have no desire to help
