Just wanted to report a very positive experience with AV CS. I needed to switch to AT&T for a month since I will be traveling to Canada and needed coverage. I wanted to keep my number, AT&T needs the port to go through before they can charge you so I listened to the conference call that got it done. First call from AT&T porting service to AV was answered in under a minute. That call was routed to port service which also picked up in less than a minute. The port was pushed through in another minute. The whole process took about 5 minutes.
