    Considering that "5G" actually just amounts to just a ~20% increase in cell capacity over LTE, it really has more benefit to urban customers, who are bandwidth constrained, than to rural customers. The issue for rural wireless service is fiber backhaul. It's hard to provide high-speed wireless service over any number of T1 channels.

    I would have US Cellular as my carrier if they provided WiFi calling. It’s just not an option from them and I need it.
