    Server Error when attempting to log on to PP website

    This may be more of a computer question than a PagePlus question, but maybe somebody here has an answer. When I try to log on to my account on the PP website I get a Server Error.

    I'm using Google Chrome on a MacBook Pro. I have Windows 10 with MS Edge at my office so I'll attempt to log on from my Windows computer at work on Monday. Maybe it's a browser issue.

    Any ideas?
    My smartphone is a lot smarter than I am.

    Everyone gets that. Click "My Account" and try it a second time. It will work.

    I just logged on to the PPC site for the first time in a couple of months, and they've changed the page format a little bit. It asks for Email or Dealer Login; nothing about your established "username". But I entered my username and password and things proceeded as normal.

    Don't you have the Safari browser on the MacBook Pro?

    Yes, but I am accustomed to Chrome so I use it on my MacBook Pro.

    ... but when I click on MY ACCOUNT I get the server error. Fortunately I have auto-pay so I don't have to check my expiration date. I guess people on paygo just text BAL to 7243 rather than try to find their balance on the website.

    Just logged into mine no issues. (windows 7, explorer 11)
    I'm on Paygo but log in because I manage several phones.
    Often errors in their accounting. In my favor. But when/if PP catches their mistake they could take you to $0 with all the under charges if you're not paying attention.
    Talked for an hour today and got charged only $ .06, instead of $3.60. I'm thinking that sometime on VoLTE phones the system confuses data and minutes since there's a tiny bit of data used for VoLTE. Most times every things ok with the proper minute's charged. No rhyme nor reason.

    I was just thinking to try another browser to see if you got the same results. Different browsers do different things on some websites, and could be further complicated by a different operating system. Example: many have trouble with the Chat feature on the Tracfone website. Sometimes with different browsers, and sometimes with the same browser on different computer.

    FWIW I was able to log in at work using Windows 10 and MS Edge. So I guess it's either a Mac thing for a Chrome thing.
