Tracfone removed some of inactive devices from my account automatically

I just discovered that some of inactive devices in my account were removed without any notification. Is this the normal TracFone process (cleaning house)? One of them is a BYOP SIM device, which I had tried to remove it several times but wasn't able to. Well, no loss actually but I am curious.

Normally you should have been notified at least 30 days or more in advance. However, I don't know what their policy is.

Thanks. As said, I don't think I got any notification.

TotalWireless removed the option to reactivate the phones in my account that didn't have VoLTE support.

Two of the phones removed are LG Rebel 2 which I believe has VoLTE support.

Length of time had they been inactive on your account ?

Suspect one or both could easily be added again if you so desire.

I attempted to remove a device recently via PC and iPad , but was only able to do so via My Account App.

Both Rebel 2's were de-activated this January. I have two Fiesta 2's de-activated in April and are still in my account.

I just looked at my account. It has all my dad's and my phones thru the years. The only thing that I see different for my account is my BYOP Verizon Galaxy S4 had it's reactivate removed and mark as needed to replace due to the VoLTE. My other CDMA only phones is not that way yet. I have a LG Fuel, Galaxy Ace Style, and Galaxy Proclaim on my account.

Just looked at my account as well. The two other phones that I have used on that account -- a 1st Gen Moto X (last on in 2018), and a 3G-only Ultimate 2 (last on in 2016) -- are still in there. Neither is HDVoice/VoLTE capable.
