    Question Did AT&T lower our rate plans or is it a glitch ?

    Just logged in and saw that my rate plan had dropped $20 in price . Is this a glitch or an early xmas present from AT&T ?

    Any chance your plan/features were changed? Any pending credits you were awaiting? There is not likely an Xmas present from At&t.

    I’m leaning glitch. I bet the autopay somehow got doubled? I went from 140 to 120 for 3 lines on &More Premium.

    Unlimited premium and more 150->130 for 4 lines. I think it is a glitch.

    The billing department can giveith and takeith away. Trust me, if there was a billing error, it will be corrected on the carrier's behalf. This is not the first time I have seen/heard of such errors with cellular phone billing.
