Can’t get the right PUK codes

So I have a zte Mobley that stopped working so I wanted to see if it’s a sim issue or not. I requested a PUK code from att chat, phone rep, social media rep and all failed. It got to the point of asking me to create my own and then says sim can’t be accessed or something. I’m trying to use it in an iPad or a hotspot. Any ideas why and what to do ? Thanks

What good will a PUK do if the device is not working?

Just buy a new sim card and have it activated using the Mobley imei. Tell them if they ask that you have the Mobley IMEI with you, but you're not home with it. And then never ever put it in a Mobley device again. Problem solved.

Not sure if it’s the device or the sim that’s my reason to test the sim in my iPad or hotspot. I want to use it in the Mobley.

Thanks. I’ll go get a new sim and test it in my Mobley. Just strange I couldn’t get the PUK. Oh well
