Android budget phone with 5 gHz WiFi

So, a relative wants to replace their iPhone SE. They say that $200 is more than they prefer to spend. Wi-Fi calling is important as well as 5GHz Wi-Fi. They also don't want a laggy phone. Since they need Wi-Fi calling, we're mostly stuck with AT&t phones (prepaid or postpaid) or something like the Pixel 3A (currently $300). It seems to me that the least expensive phone that fits the bill is the Samsung A10E at 210 dollars. Is that true?
    Thanks

You can find a used S8 in the $150 range on Swappa, or an even more modern V40 ThinQ for a bit over $200. Those will probably perform better than any sub $200 android phone you will find.

Thanks. In general, regarding used, I don't want to inherit someone else's issues, or reduced battery life. The warranty is also being lost. .... If you can convince me otherwise, please go ahead!

I sold a Galaxy S9 on eBay a few weeks back for $210. Probably should have priced it more, but that looked around the normal price.

The phone had nothing wrong with it.

For that price, just keep the SE until the replacement SE comes later. It'll be good for at least another year.

You are going to be hard pressed to find anything decent with Android for that price, unless you spend about $350 on a Pixel 3a or something of that nature. Any cheap android phone is either going to have a horrible screen, slow processor, or slow RAM.
