Can I use my Simple Choice plan T-Mobile 5g network?

Because one T-Mobile rep says no because it’s unfair for others having to choose their new plans. Is that true? Thanks!

    Never trust T-Mobile's reps.

I have the note 10 5g and switched sims with my note 9 so that my 10 5g could have the unlimited data and the note 9 would have the 2 gbs. But speeds are kind of bad.

My store rep waived a lot for me and gave me a free sync drive. The cs rep said he sent a message to their engineers to see what they can find out.

T-Mobile & Metro by T-Mobile allows all customers that have 5G phones to use it’s 5G spectrum. Also, Google Fi customers also use T-Mobile 5G with no additional charges. I am sure that at least some if not all of T-Mobile’s NVMO partners can use the 5G if they have a 5G phone.

Yes, my 13-year old tzone works well on 5G ...
Even the 5G is much slower than LTE on the same phone

The independent MetroPCS stores are thieves. Few years ago a friend spent $500 at a Independent Metro store for what he thought was a new phone. The phone they sold him was a AT&T branded Samsung phone that had been discontinued for over a year when he got it. It was missing band 12 and has some issues connecting with band 4 standing next to me using that same Band 4. Store refused to give him his money Back. I had him call T-Mobile and their MetroPCS management at T-Mobile forced the store to replace his phone.
