Importing Windows Phone Contacts to Galaxy S7

Finally ditching my POS Windows Phone (Lumia 640/Win10). Is there a somewhat straightforward way to import my contacts to a Galaxy S7?

As dead as Microsofts support for Windows Phone.
Personality I love Windows Phone but over the years it's lost most of the apps and it is harder to get anything done.

I have more than a few Windows phones.

I keep my T-Mobile Legacy Gold lines in them and I have one T-Mobile $3 a month line in a Lumia 640.
Still works great as a phone but aside from Pandora it really can't do much else.

I don't know the answer to your question about moving contacts.

Somehow all of my Windows Phones have all of my contacts.

My Androids have my contacts from my various Google accounts.

Finally stumbled upon a way to do it via Google Contacts and a V file or something - sure wasted way too much time.

My first smartphone was a Nokia Lumia 520 and then a Microsoft Lumia 640 a few years later. Still have a brand new 640 I bought as a spare when they were closing them out for $30. I charge it every couple of months and will probably keep it for a MP3 player or just throw it on CL, eBay, etc. as they still sell occasionally.
