No, Apple prevents apps from accessing this type of information. It’s been this way since the beginning cellular service mode is the only option for detailed cellular info on iOS.

It’s one of the main reasons I have a second (android) phone.

I can confirm this is not an AT&T small cell.

The cell site in the photo is not a small cell. It is a stealth macro.

I don't have any info on who the carrier is for this tower in Muncie, but do know that here in the St. Louis metro area there are Sprint macros with this identical setup, right down to the pattern on the sheath.
AT&T customer since 2007; Alltel 2004-07. Android user since 2014 and will never go back to Apple.
I recommend and use CellMapper for testing and mapping signal coverage and have contributed extensively in the greater St. Louis region and surrounding states.

If this is the site at McGalliard Rd. and N. Barr St. in Muncie, then antennasearch.com confirms it's Sprint.

Interesting. It looks like the higher power Small Cell setups that AT&T uses, which is what made me think of Small Cells. Either way, this is not an AT&T site. Probably Sprint, as you suggest.

That site is also right in front of a Sprint store, stacking the odds it belongs to them.
