I have a dual SIM phone (Pixel 3a) with both AT&T and Tmobile working on it. The AT&T SIM is the eSIM.
I've noticed when doing measurements with the Network Cell Info app that even when AT&T shows better signal strength (anywhere from -1 to -9 or so better), Tmobile will almost always show better RSRQ (anywhere from -1 to -4 or so better).
Why would this be? Right now AT&T is showing -70dbm with -13 RSRQ and Tmobile is showing -81dbm and -9 RSRQ.

Is Tmobile's signal just cleaner than AT&T's even when it's weaker?
