Snowbirding for 5 months to YUMA.

For a long time I've been on TF's Auto refill plan basic. $20/90 days and have never gone over my allotment. Occasionally I buy Xtra data. I primarily use my phone while traveling but not much when I'm at home and near my landline. Things are about to change. When in Yuma my only phone will be TF. I downloaded Google Voice, Whats App and have a Google phone number. I have given this number to the 5 people I have long conversations with and will be able to yack-yack for free while in range of my Yuma WiFi. Anyone have a better way? Thanks

As I understand it you can designate any landline in the place you are staying and both your carry and the landline will ring and be usable. Answer the landline to save tracfone minutes.
