Strange message when posting a reply

When I reply to a thread I get this message on a plain vanilla page:

Every time I include the message I get a "You have been blocked" page.
The reply posts OK, it just gives a strange error.
I'm using the Opera vers. 66.0.3515.72 on a Win 10-64 desktop.

P.S. Lets see if I can include an image of the message:

We're testing a newer version of PHP to help improve performance. That might be the cause of this. I've experienced something similar.

I was able to include a jpg of the message. What's crazy is that this text seems to be verboten in a post. Include it and I get a 'You have been blocked" page.

Another person in the Tracfone forum is having similar problem:

I suppose this issue is related to the testing.

I realize there are problems and changes afoot, but just want to post my latest observations.

I usually access HoFo via mobile browser on a couple different devices.

On an Amazon Fire HD8 tablet with three different browsers available (native Silk, Naked, and believe it or not, old Dolphin Mini v2.7).

I had been successful using the native Silk browser, which is the most full-featured Chrome-like browser. Naked stopped being able to access HoFo (on this device) several months ago. But a couple days ago Silk lost its ability.

But I discovered even though I stopped using it quite a while ago (but left it installed), that Dolphin Mini would work on the Fire tablet for HoFo! But only for a certain number of page loads. Then it craps out and I get blank pages after the page loads.

Right now? I was able to access HoFo and log in using Naked browser on one of my LG Fiesta 2s. What a mess!

Haven't tried on a PC today yet.

We've reverted to the older PHP. Please post if you're still having issues with posting replies.

Posting my latest via Windows 10 PC using Opera:

On my phone (Nougat 7.0) I can use either Google Chrome for Android or Naked and browse in to the site down to the thread level. Doesn't seem to be any problems on that device.

On my Fire tablet it's a different story (runs a fork of Android called Fire OS, based on Lollipop 5.1.1). Naked Browser won't go to the thread level. It'll get to the sub-forum list of threads, but that about it. Clicking on a thread just results in blank pages with no content. You do occasionally see some in-between image rendering before the blank page. Seems like this is where the browser struggles with the final rendering.

Using the native Silk browser or even old Dolphin Mini 2.7, you might be able to get to the thread level (hit or miss), but try backing out one page and you get blank pages a high percentage of the time.

I get the sneaking feeling that part of the problem on the Fire Tablet is that its own native browser has its own version of Android System Web View. Naked, on a "regular" Android device uses Web View from any installed Chrome browser app for its base engine. Since it has to deal with (on the tablet) something called Amazon Web View, who knows if it is up-to-date enough or capable of dealing with newer standards or nuances involving changes in PHP scripting (beyond my knowledge).

On the mobile devices haven't tried logging in and posting, as I did try a post in this thread earlier today and the attempt got seriously hung up and I lost a long post. Which is why I'm on the PC, as it appears to be the most reliable method currently.

After monitoring things for the past few days, I'm close to concluding that the problem on the Amazon Fire tablet is more likely due to something going on with it than anything else (something to do with its implementation of WebView I suspect). No problems at all with the phones using Naked browser or Chrome.

I will say, though, that the only website I routinely access and have a problem with using the tablet is HoFo, but I'm working with it!
