Hotspot reboots when a device is connected?

Anyone else have this problem? I have the Unite Pro btw. Could it be the battery? Oh and it doesn’t like to stay on that WiFi signal from the device.

I am wondering if the router might be the problem. Have you checked the settings ?? Is the phone still connecting to the cellular network ??
Don't make me turn this car around.....

I’ve checked the settings but not sure what to look at. No the phones I’ve used are connecting to the WiFi until it reboots then they connect to another WiFi device until I try again

Did you ever get this sorted? A lot of the AT&T hotspots spontaneously reboot when they have dual WiFi (2.4 & 5.8) enabled when running on battery.

Using a high quality (Anker) QC2 or QC3 charger for continuous use often solves this. And/or disable the 2.4GHz.

Hotspot firmware, especially Netgear, is also notoriously buggy.
