Sprint's stock is currently valued at $35.441 billion. Hardly nothing!

As the article stated, the banks are already locked in on the deal. They are obligated to make the money available tomorrow.

Part of the value of the Sprint stock is the merger agreement. If you could buy it for $1/share and T-Mobile was going to pay multiples of that, it would float up toward the promised price. Factoring in uncertainty. If the merger was blocked at this late state, the market cap would drop some unknown (to me) amount.
iPhone 11 is my current primary phone. I have older model iPhones and Moto phones available on other lines. Trying to simplify to 2 prepaid lines, one on the Verizon network and a limited minute plan on ATT to improve coverage area. 12 month plans to help me fight the urge to switch. The good old days of contracts where you had to pay a hefty ETF to leave

Yep they’re closing tomorrow... It’s happening folks.

Apparently the outage that some experienced earlier had something to do with software integration of the two networks.

Banks told to have $23B ready on April 1st for T-Mobile & Sprint Merger

New T-Sprint landing page ready for launch.

They create these to announce big things like a completed merger/acquisition or going out of business.

    I’m guessing it’s the former.

It’ll likely be updated in the AM
