Or, a better way to think of it, the government will not punish T-Mobile for Dish's failure. Instead, the government would take all the spectrum Dish owns, both what it owned before the merger as well as what it is getting from T-Mobile, and likely sell that spectrum as a package to "the highest bidder" that is able to create a fourth carrier and interested in doing it.
Blah blah blah dish has the funding until the banks actually release the money then they don’t have the money. The world may be in end times and now is not the time for mergers that are anticompetitive. We need to show the world that the money dish would have used to purchase assets should now go to fiat responders to help with the end times.

CA is my home. Be nice! .

I’m used to the comments. Being a Californian is like walking around with an iPhone 11 Pro Max taped to your forehead at an Android convention.

I’ve had so much opportunity here and have made a great living for myself. I’m very grateful. You can easily land yourself a $140k + career here with no college degree by aligning yourself with hot certs through local companies like Cisco, VMWare, Broadcom, Apple, Google etc.

This thing with the CPUC is just a formality. Nothing more nothing less.
“The Internet wasn’t meant to be metered in bits and bytes, so it’s insane that wireless companies are still making you buy it this way. The rate plan is dead — it’s a fossil from a time when wireless was metered by every call or text.” John Legere 1/5/2017

And T-mobile could send a message to the CPUC that "we don't need you to finish this merger" and bypass California while this remains in dispute and focus on the other 49 states.
    Just another day in paradise.....

Cpuc should send troops to T-Mobile and sprint offices and stores and lock them out until resolved

We need to change with these new times as we are now in the time of A.C. After Coronavirus. Now is not the time for exuberance and showmanship

We aren't "After Coronavirus" by any means, we are in "During Coronavirus".

It gives a whole new spin to telling a potential employer you'll give him your CV.

For people saying TM should bypass CA. That's like what 10% of their business off the top. That's an unaffordable loss.
