    Dish’s band 66?

First time I ever saw band 66 in central Connecticut. Middletown area. The only area in CT that I know AT&T deployed band 66 was in Litchfield County. Regardless it’s only a 5 MHz chunk, but I’ll take the extra bandwidth.

No dishes AWS that att is using is 20x0. It's likely a hard find. What your seeing is MFBI of B4. Has B4 always been 5x5 there?

As far as I know, AT&T never had band 4 in Central Connecticut. Either that, or AT&T just got around to deploying their license here?

Really? I thought DISH had loaned it's spectrum to ATT. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...301026840.html

EARFCN 66911 is definitely AWS-3 G block. Dish may not own it there.

I believe that DISH returned the AWS-3 G block in the Hartford market to the FCC as a result of the kerfuffle following the AWS-3 auction. AT&T holds the J block.

DISH used several "partner" companies to bid while gaining credits for "small" companies. The FCC concluded that the various companies probably "coordinated" their bids, which was not allowed. The FCC began action against DISH and their partners. The conclusion was that a number of AWS-3 licenses were returned to the FCC. I think there's some continuing legal action, which is why those licenses are still in a sort of limbo.

I could be off on the details and will appreciate someone refining the story.
