Thread: Unlimited Data plan hotspots - Newer devices?

    Awesome what is your signal strength like ? I'm looking to upgrade from a Bandluxe router. That only supports bands 2 4 12 and 17 maybe ? We have band 12/17 and a very weak band 30 signal. The bandluxe is from around 2016.

    Do you all feel the nighthawk has the potential to improve speeds ? Going from an iphone 6 to an iphone xs about doubled performance on band 12/17.

    Probably the reason AT&T has pulled these off the website is School districts are buying up all the hotspots they can get their hands on to provide students with web access for school work. School districts in the DFW area are handing them out by the hundreds.

    Normally it's 2-4 bars and switches between good and fair on wifi manager. I did improve my speeds from the UE.

    If one wanted to add a line to their ATT account and then swap the sim into a mergers... what device to order to be added? Will any smartphone line work?
