20GB 65$ Special Plan + Visual Voicemail

Good afternoon!

I discovered by accident that my main line that is on the 67$ 10GB retention plan + iPhone visual mail (7$)
has a special offer for 20GB for 2$ less.

Unfortunately there is very little info about what is included (see the first screenshot), and it seems that one cannot add the "Value Pack - iPhone Visual Voicemail"... only voicemail to text is available if doing it online.

Does anyone have that plan or has added iPhone visual Voicemail to their phone?
I'm an iPhone user, and love to have the visual voicemail as well as cheap calling to other countries.

It claims that my iPhone value pack is unecessary, but I don't see the functionality in the replacement addons, no mater if I select or deselect any of the addons.

Would it be better for me to call in?

Is there new fees for contacting the reps at fido? They mention that there is maybe a 10$ Fee, but I'm not sure it applies to us in Québec.

Online chat did the switch for me, since the website wouldn't confirm that I would get to keep the iPhone Value Pack.

Here is additional info I was provided with before the switch:

Looks like the site is offering me that plan for $80... sucks it's actually cheaper for me to just take the Rogers 20GB promo for $75. So much for being a 15 year customer...

I should have added that I’m not under contract or under any payment plan. I always buy my phones full price upfront. So Fritz’s suggestion is good.

I still don't understand why the budget brands (Fido, Virgin) are still offering 7GB at $65, while for $10 more I'll never see an overage and stay connected with Rogers, Bell, Telus top tier brands. According to Fido's site, $75 / 10 GB with overages is what they're offering...

I got lucky and got onto the 20GB / $75 promotion with Telus, an even better deal.

It's all good. I ported to Telus and Fido winback dept. called the next day. I'm back now with the yellow dog $50/15GB.
