    TF online access

    Is the TF website working?
    I haven't been able to access my account online, using the PC... but i was able to access it using a wireless phone.

    I went to the TF site and there was a notice saying they were experiencing higher than usual traffic, I've seen it before so that may have something to do with it.

    The online account access is working for me as of right now. Maybe it was glitching last night?

    Online is working for me, but the app on my phone is not.

    Getting "Account does not exist" on the TF website.
    MyAccount app also not working.

    When loading the fastportal site, I got the TF under maintenance message.

    Online is working for me as of 10:45am Eastern. Since it probably / might be relevant, this online account I'm checking has two TF Vzw lines.

    That's right. Their system seems to be down.

    iOS app not working for me. I get the list of devices ok, but it doesn't display balances. "Your request is taking longer than expected" for each of my devices (I have a combination of VZW and AT&T based accounts)

    Online, same thing. Shows list of devices, Can't get balances there.
    No answer to "Bal" to 611611 either.

    As of 11:45 am Pacific, the App is working again. Got balances for all 3 carriers.

    Finally got my balances via the website

    Fast portal still won't give text balances
