S10+ multimedia messages won't send or receive

I upgraded from an S7, to an S10+. Both Verizon phones. I swapped the sim, and set up the APN according to what the folks I spoke with at Page Plus said to. Calls work, mobile data works, and regular texts work. Any kind of multimedia text won't send or recieve. I assume it's an APN setting, but when I try changing the APN to other settings for page plus that I found online, it kicks me off the network.

    Current settings
    Name: verizon.internet
    APN: TRACFONE.VZWENTP
    Everything else is default

Does anyone know how I fix it?
    Thanks

Is your data on ? Some phones require that for MMS. There's also a setting to allow or disallow MMS on some phones.

My data is on, and as far as I can tell MMS is on under settings and under the various messaging apps I have tried including the Samsung app that came on the phone.

Can you still see which APN was on the S7? VZWINTERNET is the most common APN used on the Tracfone companies for Verizon.

Do you have data and VoLTE on the S10?

My APN is the same as the old phone. I have data and VoLTE on the S10. I just can't send or receive picture or group texts. I tried some of the other APN suggestions I found on the internet. They didn't work, but interestingly, when they didn't, they booted me back to the Verizon APN, and all the picture texts I sent went through. I can't call or text, and I don't have data on the Verizon APN, but I can send multimedia texts.

What was the difference in function between VZWINTERNET and TRACFONE.VZWENTP?
    Which is the "Verizon APN"?
    Which one did PPC recommend?
What happens when you chose the "Reset to default" setting?
Does the S10 allow APN editing? The contents, not just the name.

I am not sure if this will help or not. I have seen with lots of the newer Samsung phones with the Verizon firmware has issues like this.

From what I have seen with other people, you need to switch the firmware to the unlocked firmware. There is a Reddit user that has help other people with this issue, and switching the firmware fixes lots of issues.

    PPC recommends TRACFONE.VZWENTP.
VZWINTERNET is the default Verizon setting, and It's what comes up if I "reset to default."

TRACFONE.VZWENTP gives me calling, data, and text, but not multimedia text

VZWINTERNET gives me calling and text including multimedia text, but no data.

The S10 does allow APN editing

I think you are on to something. I bought the phones used. At least on my phone, if I install the Verizon software updater off my phone and then try to update, it says my operating system is not supported by the software.

Well, I flashed the firmware, and it didn't fix the MMS problem. It did fix some other janky stuff, so I'm glad I did it. Thanks for the suggestion.
